A current project is the Lake Bridge Enhancement project for the City of Pasadena including fabrication and erection of walkway columns and canopies on Lake Avenue which extends over the 210 freeway and the Metro Gold Line train line. Previous projects include a 6-unit condominium purchased from the bank and half finished. It was my duty to complete the project and procure a certificate of occupancy.

LOS ANGELES, CA.
Position: General Superintendent-Field Operations

It also included waterproofing underground parking and trouble shooting water intrusion, coordination of trades during construction, framing stages through move-in and homeowner punch lists and procurement of the Certificate(s) of Occupancy. On three of the podium projects, I acted as on-site superintendent through structural concrete completion. Each of these projects came out of the ground on or ahead of schedule.
During my tenure I put in place safety programs for all projects which required employee training sessions including fall arrest training and certification of all superintendents in first aide and CPR.

This project was on a tight schedule due to contractual obligations between the owner and the tenants. When I took over this job it was a month behind schedule. Due to scheduling and leadership, the project finished within the tenants required time frame.
Torrance Canopy Remodel, Torrance, Ca. - Supervised a 3 mm remodel of a single building while open to the public. This project entailed major structural changes.
